Year Round Fun

Fall Play: Registrations have grown to over 1,800 players in the past few years. Our fall soccer program consists of players from under 5 years old through 18 years old. Several 'balanced-teams" programs are available.

  • Core Program consists of over 170 teams. AYSO uses a balanced team approach in creating teams to assure fair compeition and an enjoyable experience for all. These teams are formed in July, begin practice mid to late August, and play through November.
  • VIP Program provides a quality soccer experience for children, as well as adults, whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams. VIP teams include those who are blinded or visually impaired, amputees of conditions that impair mobility, mentally or emotionally challenged, autistic, downs syndrome, or cerebral palsy players. These teams are made of Very Important Players (VIP). AYSO recognizes that all children need to feel a sense of belonging and acceptance. The VIP program offers that acceptance.
  • Plus Program  The Plus program is a progam developed by AYSO National for players U10 through U14. These players have advanced soccer skills. Recognizing the need to develop players for high school and college competition, AYSO is providing a progarm that will provide a higher level of training from more experienced coaches and a higher level of competition for those involved. Players participating in this program will compete against Plus teams from other regions during a season lasting form September to December and September to November for teams in the U16 division.

Winter Play: Our 6 league championship teams, six runner up teams, as well as our 12 all-star teams continue to play from the Fall Season.

Spring Play: Our Spring program has over 800 kids playing. Our balanced spring teams play small-sided games with Costa Mesa and Corona Del Mar teams. Our competitive teams play in the Orange County Select Program as well as State Cup and select tournaments.
